You will be driven to exact location as booked, we'll never leave you alone to look for your accomodation. If that's necessary the driver will call accomodation owner or responsable person to notify about your arrival.

You will never share a car with others.

You can cancel your booking and get refunded if cancelled 72 hours before pick up time. Late cancellation is possible but we can't refund prepaid money.

You can change your booking as many times as you need, free of charge.

We don't have additional charges for night ride. Prices are always fixed and never different from your booking voucher.

VAT and all other city and country taxes are included in prices.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). With this coverage our insurance company provides medical, ambulance care for all passengers of the car in the event of an accident.

We'll wait you at the airport free of charge up to 60 minutes if you get stuck at customs or luggage pick up. If you book a ride from your accomodation 15 min of waiting time is included in prices.

Travel and surf without fear of expensive roaming mobile data. Our Wi-Fi routers are three times smaller then mobile phones so you can have one in your pocket and enjoy internet connection wherever you are. After 4-5 hours of use it needs quick 20-30 min recharge. Car charger is included. Not valid for one day rentals.

If you need to recharge battery on your smartphone feel free to ask the driver to connect your phone to the charger.

Map of main turistic cities or country map is provided free of charge.

We try to provide a bottle of cool water for each ride free of charge.
